Nobody likes wet, dirty supplies. So, we made this 100% waterproof, dustproof, zipperless storage bag with 12.8 liters of capacity designed for exposure to harsh conditions. This MOLLE-mountable bag is made of TPU and sonic welded with a semi-rigid interior to keep its shape even when empty. Typical MOLLE bags mount with snaps. That’s not enough for UTVs. RAVEK bags attach with custom luggage clips, then cinch down for a precise, secure fit. Simple, quick-attach installation.

It’s clear why this bag took months for our engineers to design. We chose to make the bag with TPU rather than PVC because TPU has unmatched durability and resistance to scrapes, scratches, and punctures. It also handles prolonged sun exposure better than less premium materials like PVC. TPU is ultra-easy to clean (obviously the bag can be pressure-washed), and it’s more waterproof than materials like nylon or polyester. And we sonic welded the bag with rigid panels embedded between multiple TPU layers so the bag always keeps its shape, even when empty. Because saggy bags are more likely to catch tree limbs – and look sad. The result?: a rugged, 100% waterproof and zipperless bag. Zippers get caked up in mud and fail all the time. So, we threw them out and built a closure design concept similar to a dry bag, but with our own twist.

Most MOLLE bags attach to MOLLE with snap connections. We took a different path designed specifically for what UTVs go through. We designed specialized RAVEK MOLLE luggage backing with cinchable clip straps that provide two things. First: a quicker, easier attach and detach system that’s way easier than looping the mounting straps back and forth through MOLLE panel holes. Second, after you clip the bag in, cinching it tightly to the panel gives a precise fitment, hugging the panel for maximum security. Finally, we added MOLLE-mountable webbing to the front of the bag so you can clip or slot your favorite MOLLE products on the exterior of the bag. This expands your storage beyond the bag’s capacity.

The bag’s interior is sweet, too. It includes a mesh lining to cinch down valuables that you need to access simply and confidently. And remember: with the bag being 100% waterproof, this is basically a new cooler you just installed to the exterior of the SxS. Ice it up, throw in drinks, and hit the trial.
