How It Works

  • When Do Points Start & Expire?

    • MotoMoney Points will be added to your account once your order is completed.
    • You’ll have 12 months from your last qualifying activity to redeem your MotoMoney Points. If you don’t earn or redeem any points within a full year, your accumulated points will automatically expire. But as long as you earn or redeem points before that 12-month period ends, the expiration timer resets and your points stay valid—so keep the momentum going!

  • What Happens with Returns?

    • If you return an item, the MotoMoney you earned from it will be removed from your account
    • If you already used those points, we'll subtract the value from your refund
    • If you used MotoMoney to help pay for an item you're returning, those points go back to your account

  • Stuff Our Lawyers Make Us Say

    • MotoMoney can’t be transferred, cashed out, or used on some restricted brands
    • It can't be used to buy gift cards, and you won't earn points from buying one
    • You must be logged in to earn or use points
    • Motomentum may update or end the program at any time, but your points will still be honored if that happens.
