How do I join the MotoMoney Loyalty Program?

It’s easy — and free! Just create a Motomentum account, and you’ll automatically be enrolled in the MotoMoney Loyalty Program. From there, you’ll start earning points on eligible purchases right away. No extra steps or sign-ups required. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay, MasterCard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Venmo, & Visa. We also offer a "Buy Now, Pay Later" option with Shop Installments through Shop Pay.

Can I set up a payment plan to purchase an item?

Certainly! If your order is eligible, you can choose Shop Pay at checkout and select their installments option. Additionally, you'll be able to see the breakdown on any item that's eligible.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once you place your order, we get moving fast! There’s a short 1-hour window where changes or cancellations may be possible, but after that, your order is already on its way. Please contact us to find out if your order is able to be canceled. If you need to make a return, no worries—you’ll just need to wait until your items arrive. There's a problem with my order; how can I get it resolved?

If I ordered the wrong size or color, can I exchange my item?

Absolutely! If you ordered the wrong size or color, we’d be happy to help you with an exchange. Some orders may even qualify for our Fit Promise Exchange. Just reach out to us at help@motomentum.com or call 844-344-8644, and we’ll guide you through the quick and easy process.

What about closeouts? Can I return/exchange if something doesn't fit?

Great question! Closeouts, open box items, and gift cards are all final sale, so they can’t be returned or exchanged—even if they don’t fit. If you’re unsure about sizing or fit before you buy, feel free to reach out—we’re always happy to help you pick the right item the first time.

What is your return policy?

Motomentum accepts returns within 45 days of delivery, as long as items are unused, unaltered, and in resellable condition with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and paperwork included (some exclusions apply). See our full Return Policy or start a return from your orders page.

How do I tell if a part will fit my ride?

Not sure if a part fits your ride? No problem—we’ve made it easy! You’ll find a fitment tool right on every product page (and on our homepage) to help you check compatibility with your vehicle. If you’re still unsure, just reach out—we’re always happy to help you find the right fit.

Do you offer warranties on your products?

At Motomentum, we stand behind the products we sell because we only carry brands we trust. Most of our items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, but don’t worry—we’re always here to help. If you ever run into an issue, reach out to us first. We’ll gladly assist with warranty questions and help you navigate the process to make sure you’re taken care of.

Does Motomentum price match?

How can I tell if a product is in stock?

On every product page, right below the "Add to Cart" button should be an indicator for Stock. There is "In Stock", which means there are plenty; there is "Low Stock", which means stock is in short supply, so you should consider ordering soon; then there is "Out Of Stock", which means there are none in stock, and you are unable to order at this time. However, you can always contact us, and we may be able to give you an idea of when it should be available again.

How much is shipping?

If you’re in the continental U.S., odds are good you’re getting free shipping. And how fast is it? Most orders arrive in 2–3 days. Sometimes faster, especially if a warehouse near you is locked and loaded.

We ship most items free of charge, unless it’s the kind of thing that won’t fit in your trunk (unless you drive a box truck). Oversized stuff may cost a little extra—but we’ll always keep it real with you upfront.

Need it even quicker? At checkout, you’ll usually have 2 express options ready to go—because sometimes, you just can’t wait.

Absolutely! Just give us a quick shout before you order so we can double-check things for you. Since we ship from multiple locations across the country, your item might not be at our HQ—but don’t worry, that usually means it’ll reach you even faster!

You bet we do! We’re proud to ship to over 130 countries, so no matter where you call home, we can get your gear to you.

How can I track my order?

Go to your account page, find the order you wish to track & click on it. Under your order number, you can find your tracking number & the carrier it was sent with. Below your tracking number will be your shipment's progress, but you can also click on your tracking number to see more details on the carrier's site. You should also receive an email with your tracking information as well.
