Motomentum Price Match Guarantee

 

At Motomentum, we are committed to providing you with the best products at the most competitive prices.

If you find a lower price on an identical item at a qualifying competitor, we’ll match it!

Here’s how it works:

  1. Eligibility: Our Price Match Guarantee applies to products that are identical in brand, model, and condition, including any applicable warranties or service agreements. The item must be currently in stock at both Motomentum and the competitor's store or website. 

  2. Qualifying Competitors: We will match prices from major online and local retailers, including authorized dealers, but we do not price match auction sites, discount outlets, or marketplaces like eBay or Amazon Marketplace. The competitor must be based in the United States. Any shipping and/or handling fees, as well as taxes, will be included when calculating the price difference.

  3. Verification: To request a price match, simply contact our customer service team before you purchase the item, or within 14 days after your purchase. Please provide the competitor’s ad, website link, or other proof of the lower price so that we can verify it.

  4. Exclusions: Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to items on clearance, closeout sales, open-box, refurbished, or used items. It also does not apply to special promotions, such as buy one, get one free offers, bundled products, or discount codes. Price matching is not eligible for items that have a MAP policy in effect.

  5. Price Matching After Purchase: If you’ve already purchased an item from us and find a lower price from a qualifying competitor within 21 days, we’ll refund you the difference in MotoMoney Rewards Points.

  6. Additional Info: All price match requests are handled at the sole discretion of Motomentum, and all decisions are final. Price matching is not eligible more than once per item per order.

How to Request a Price Match:

  • Digitally: Email us and submit the details of the lower-priced item, or chat with us (when available).
  • In-Store: Show the competitor’s ad or website to a sales associate, and we’ll handle the rest.
  • Phone: Call our customer service team at 844-344-8644 to request a price match over the phone.
