Instructions: 

*** MAKE SURE CART IS TURNED OFF AND NO POWER IS APPLIED TO THE SCREEN

*** PLEASE NOTE THAT THE 18 FOOT LEAD ONLY SUPPLIES 12V OF POWER WHEN CART IS IN REVERSE

*** THE 2 FOOT LEAD HAS 12V OF POWER ANY TIME THE CART IS ON

1. Remove Center Glove Box by removing the 2 screws, then lift and tilt the glove box to remove it from the dash

2. Look for 4 Pin Wire Harness that has the wires labeled 83, 62A, 13B, 68. This is the existing 12v Harness that takes power to various accessories. 

3. Disconnect the Factory Harness and separate the Male and Female Side. 

4. Take the Birdie Pro Front Harness, and Plug the Female Side into the existing Factory Male Side. And then Plug the Male Side into the existing Factory Female Side. 

5. Connect the 24" Red Wire coming from the Birdie Pro Harness to your 12v Positive / + connection (connectors included). 

6. Connect the 24" Black Wire coming from the Birdie Pro Harness to your 12v Negative / - connection (connectors included). 

7. Connect the Red Wire from the 18ft Reverse Lead to the Extra connection on the White wire in the harness. Connect the Black Wire from the Reverse Lead to the Extra connection on the Black Wire in the harness. 

8. Zip Tie wires up to keep them from hanging near any moving parts (pedal, brake, etc). 

9. Run the 18ft lead down thru the bottom of the cart and zip tie along the frame to get to the rear of the cart. 18 ft is plenty on a 6 Seater Cart. Shorten if necessary.

10. Test to make sure you are getting 12v from the lead wires. It's best to test with a continuity tester first and make sure that between the Black Wire and any Ground, that you have continuity. Then use the Voltage Setting on your tester, and test between the Red Wire and Ground, and you should have at least 12 volts. If this is not correct, please check all of your connections and make sure you do not have the Blue Connections reversed. 

11. Replace Glove Box and install 2 screws.
