  • Step-By-Step Installation Instructions listed below

 

Instructions: 

*** MAKE SURE CART IS TURNED OFF AND NO POWER IS APPLIED TO THE SCREEN

1. Remove Center Center Console / Cup Holder to gain access to wiring to the screen

2. Look for 9 Pin Wire Harness that has the wires labeled 67, 82, 68, 65, 83, 69, 62, 84, 13 . This is the existing 12v Harness that takes power to the screen and various accessories. 

3. Disconnect the Factory Harness and separate the Male and Female Side. 

4. Take the Birdie Pro Front Harness, and Plug the Female Side into the existing Factory Male Side. And then Plug the Male Side into the existing Factory Female Side. 

5. Connect the 24" Red Wire coming from the Birdie Pro Harness to your 12v Positive / + connection (connectors included). 

6. Connect the 24" Black Wire coming from the Birdie Pro Harness to your 12v Negative / - connection (connectors included). 

** Note: Extra Blue Connectors on the White and Black wires are used for the optional Reverse Extension Lead (sold separately)

7. Zip Tie wires up to keep them from hanging near any moving parts (pedal, brake, etc). 

8. Test to make sure you are getting 12v from the lead wires. It's best to test with a continuity tester first and make sure that between the Black Wire and any Ground, that you have continuity. Then use the Voltage Setting on your tester, and test between the Red Wire and Ground, and you should have at least 12 volts. If this is not correct, please check all of your connections and make sure you do not have the Blue Connections reversed. 

9. Replace Center Console.
