Birdie Pro Golf Cart Garage Door Opener Genie

This universal Garage Door Opener is compatible with the Genie models listed below.

It was designed to be used in most any Club Car, EZ-Go, Icon, Evolution, Star Golf Cart, but can be used for Motorcycles, ATV's, UTV's, Side by Sides, Automobiles and more! 

 

It comes WITHOUT an external push button switch, but we offer 5 different colors of LED Lighted MOMENTARY Switches thare are compatible with this unit. See image of switches mounted in dash. 

However you can use your own MOMENTARY switch, as you would just connect it to the 2 lead wires from the unit, as shown in the images. 

 

** This is best paired with our FRONT harness, as you will draw 12v power from the cart, to light your switch/switches. **

 

The unit is typically hidden below your dash, and the button would be mounted IN your dash, as shown in the images. 

Equipped with a 240mAh large-capacity lithium battery and a third-generation intelligent low-power chip, this remote offers extended use and superior compatibility with various garage door motors.

Featuring Auto-Seek Rolling Code technology, this garage door opener remote provides top-notch security and anti-theft protection, ensuring your garage is safer than ever.

 

Works with most Genie Overhead Door and Python Garage Door Openers from 1997-manufacture date to current.

Attention: Does NOT work with operners that use a Dip Switch to pair a remote!

 Instructions for Pairing to a Genie Garage Door Opener

1. Connect your Birdie Pro Momentary LED Lighted Switch, or the switch of your choice! (see instructions enclosed with Opener)

2. Locate the Program Button on your Opener: The program button is usually a small, often square, button located near the lights or on the back of the motor unit. 

3. Enter Programming Mode: Press and hold the program button until the light on the opener illuminates (usually blue or purple).  

4. Program the Remote: Press the Momentary button you connected in Step 1, three times. The lights on the opener will flash and then turn off. 

5. Test the Remote: Press the Momentary Switch from Step 1 again to test that it is working. 

6. Enjoy your Birdie Pro Garage Door Opener!
