Motomentum is now scheduling in-person appointments for local customers!

Whether you would like to demo an eBike, learn more about a product, or drop off a return, we've got you! Aside from being able to shop our store online 24/7, here are some services that we can offer in person:

Almost all of our products offered through our website can be shipped for free to your doorstep from our multiple warehouses across the country. However, if we can offer assistance or tell you more about any of our products, feel free to stop in, and one of our brand gurus would be glad to help you find what you're looking for!

Please keep in mind, our stock is spread between all of our warehouses, so certain products may not be available at our Hilliard warehouse. While you may not be able to leave with your item the same day as your appointment, we would be glad to place an order for you to be shipped directly to you or for pick-up.

If you would like to drop off an item for return in person instead of shipping it, this appointment is for you! Please bring your order information with you (printed or on your phone), along with your RA#, and make sure all pieces are included in the original packaging. Your return will be processed within 1-2 business days by one of our top-notch Return Specialists.
